Talk therapy for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of motivation/purpose, stress, overwhelm, sleep issues, trauma, relationship challenges and more. Alongside talk therapy your plan may also include nutrition tips and body-based approaches to support your therapeutic goals. In-person, virtual and walk & talk sessions are offered. 50 min. and 80 min. options.

Nutritional Counselling

Work with a Holistic Nutritionist to support your therapeutic goals and mind-body healing on a deeper level. Evidence shows a clear link between nutrition, depression and anxiety. Gut health, blood sugar imbalance and nutritional deficiencies are often the culprits impacting how we think and feel. Nutritional Counselling is covered by some extended health care plans; check with your provider.

Marlene is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Mind-Body Nutrition Coach. She is the Founder and Clinical Director at Blue Sky Holistic Psychotherapy.

Marlene aims to create a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space. Drawing on mind-body wisdom, Marlene may use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, somatics and/or nutrition to support your goals.
